SPECIFICATION:

Motorised Fire Damper certified by CBRI for 120 minutes rating with 16 Gauge Frame and 3V groove blades and 18 Gauge sleeve as standard. Factory fitted and tested with actuator.

DESCRIPTION:

Air Master Fire dampers are constructed with high grade Galvanized steel.
Certified 120 Minutes Fire Rating by CBRI Roorkee as per UL-555 S- 1995.
Motorized dampers are connected to blades via shaft and levers directly.
Mounting plate is provided for actuators to give airgap between sleeve of fire damper and actuator.
Blade is 16 Gauge 3V groove single skin roll formed.
Frame is 16 Gauge High Quality Galvanized steel sheets.
Stainless steel Jamb seal on both sides to minimize leakage.
Parallel Blade Operation linked though metal components with brass bushes
Sleeve of 18-gauge High Quality Galvanized steel sheet can be customized as per required length
Universal Circular shaft is provided to be suitable for all actuators.
