Fire Rated Access Doors

DESCRIPTION:

• The frame is made of high-quality galvanised sheet with a thickness of 20 gauge.
• The door consists of a double-skin construction using 20-gauge galvanised sheets.
• Mineral wool with a density of 48 kg/m³ is filled inside the door for thermal insulation.
• GI toggle latches are provided for easy opening and closing.
• The frame is fitted with a 5 mm thick ceramic gasket all around for enhanced fire resistance.
• Standard sizes are available from 300 × 300 mm to 1000 × 1000 mm in a single-panel configuration. Custom double-panel sizes can be manufactured on request.
• Access doors provide quick and easy installation wherever duct access is required.
• The access doors are certified by Applus for 2-hour fire resistance at 1000°C.
