Aluminium Access Door

DESCRIPTION:

• The frame is made of high-quality extruded aluminium profiles, providing corrosion resistance and rigidity.
• The door includes an additional frame to provide enhanced rigidity.
• The door panel is made of 1 mm thick aluminium sheet.
• The frame is provided with a 2 mm thick neoprene gasket all around to minimise air leakage and reduce noise penetration.
• The door panel can be optionally insulated with 25 mm thick open-cell insulation in 24 kg/m³ or 48 kg/m³ density for acoustic and thermal insulation.
• The structure is designed to withstand high-pressure differences.
• Standard sizes are available from 300 × 300 mm to 1000 × 1000 mm in a single-panel configuration. Custom double-panel sizes can be manufactured on request.
• Access doors provide quick and easy installation wherever duct access is required.
