Extruded Aluminium Linear Bar Floor Grille fixed with Heavy Duty Aerofoil Blades 5 mm thick, 15 degree deflection with rigid heavy duty frame of 25 mm flange as standard. Suitable for fascade ventilation application.

DESCRIPTION

Frame and face bars are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
Structure is robustly constructed with face bars positioned in the frame.
Face bars assembly is reinforced with heavy duty aluminium structure to withstand heavy loads.
Applicable for installation along the periphery for fascade ventilation.
Blades have a 15 degree deflection to direct air towards the fascade face of the building.
A recess of 25 mm x 4 mm has to be provided around the grille, in the floor to install the grill flush with the floor (or) carpet level.
Grilles are fixed rigidly with opposed blade damper by rivets. This ensures positive control over the air stream. Damper blades can be gear operated from the face opening.
Total structure is manufactured by mechanical assembly, assuring rigidity and to maintain straight line appearance.
Custom sizes can be made on request.
